Strong enough for any HF dipole (break strength 280 lbs) and as light and easy to use as stranded. Popular for loops, certain long wires, counterpoise and experimental. This product is not to be confused with the "quarter-mile reel" "bargain" which is usually low percentage copper, single-season electric fence wire.
